Blackberry Ring Length Settings

Are you having problems getting to the phone before it goes to voicemail?

If you have a blackberry, here are the quick dial settings to change the ring length. I have used this myself and it works.

Ring Length Settings:

In order to extend a mobile devices ring length open the Phone application (Press Send or select Call Log) and dial the following:

**61*<message bank number>**<ring length in seconds>#

Example: **61*101**25# (Press Send)

<message bank number> = This is the number you dial to access you providers message bank service.

<ring length in seconds> = This command will extend your ring time before diversion from 15 to 25 seconds. When you change the diversion time it should be done in blocks of 5 to a maximum of 30 (e.g 15, 20, 25 or 30).

Australian Examples:

Telstra Message Bank Users:

**61*101*11*25# (Press Send)

Telstra Memo Service Users:

**61*102*11*25# (Press Send)

OPTUS Message Bank Users:

**61*321**25# (Press Send)

Three voicemail Users:

**61*333**25# (Press Send)

Vodafone Message Bank Users:

**61*121**25# (Press Send)
